MEP start-up design consultancy joins Harry Brearley House at Fox Valley

The team at Fox Valley have welcomed BHBIM - a new building services consultancy - to the office space at Harry Brearley House.

BHBIM is a newly established business providing mechanical, electrical and public health engineering solutions to the construction industry, with a focus on using sophisticated 3D modelling techniques.

The company is headed by Directors Adam Hirst and Mason Burkinshaw, who were born and raised in Sheffield, they have been best friends since childhood – and are now embarking on their new business.

BHBIM was founded in summer 2025, when the pair decided to bring their industry experience together to launch their new venture.

Both Adam and Mason, bring extensive experience within the MEP industry. Adam has worked in the sector for 10 years, beginning his career at the age of 18 and progressing into a managerial role.

Mason studied Mechanical Engineering at Loughborough University and has spent the past six years working in the building services industry.
