New Purpose Built Vets for Pets practice to open at Fox Valley

Fox Valley in north Sheffield will welcome a brand‑new, purpose‑built Vets for Pets practice this month. 

The new practice sits within the long‑established Pets at Home store, which has been a key part of the Fox Valley line‑up since the centre first opened ten years ago.

The practice will be headed by local experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse Kirstie Stoddard, who brings extensive expertise and a strong commitment to providing high‑quality, compassionate care for pets and their owners. 

The official opening is planned for Friday March 20th and owners can register their pets now. 

The state‑of‑the‑art facility will offer a comprehensive range of veterinary services, including vaccinations, flea and worm prevention, and a suite of analytical tests to support rapid diagnosis. 

It will also feature an operating theatre, three consulting rooms, a pharmacy, a laboratory, and dedicated cat and dog wards.

Designed with both pets and their owners in mind, the new practice aims to provide high‑quality, affordable care in a calm and welcoming environment, whether for routine check‑ups or unexpected health concerns.

Kirstie Stoddard, Practice Owner said: “Having worked in the area for several years, I’m really excited to be developing my practice here at Fox Valley. It’s a fantastic community, and I’m looking forward to welcoming both new and familiar clients to our brand‑new, purpose‑built Vets for Pets practice.”

She added: “Providing high‑quality, compassionate care is at the heart of everything I do, and I’m delighted to be bringing that to this wonderful location alongside the long‑established Pets at Home team.”

The opening comes as Fox Valley celebrates its tenth anniversary this year, with a special birthday event planned for June to mark the milestone.
