Dransfield Properties Sponsors Annual BCSC Awards

The South Yorkshire based retail property specialist, Dransfield Properties Ltd, is the main sponsor of the BCSC Annual Dinner and Presentation of The Gold Awards, due to take place on Wednesday December 4th.

The annual event takes place at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London and this year is being hosted by the actress and comedian Miranda Hart.

Dransfield Properties has been associated with the prestigious event since 2009 and the highlight of the evening will be the presentation of the BCSC Gold Awards for 2013.

The company’s own developments have in previous years been Gold Award winners. In 2007 the Marshall’s Yard development in Gainsborough won a Gold Award for best in-town scheme of 300,000 sq. ft. or less, and in December 2010 Sanderson Arcade in Morpeth was highly commended.

The event regularly attracts around 1,600 attendees from the retail property industry.
