Hats Off To New Hair Salon In Hessle Road

For the second time this week, a new store has opened in Hessle Road – testament to its increasing popularity as a local shopping destination.

‘Noreen’s Hair Studio’ is the latest new business venture on Hessle Road in an outlet adjoining St Andrew’s Retail Park,  the Dransfield Properties Ltd development that has transformed a run down row of Victorian shops into a thriving retail centre.

Local resident Noreen, who has been a professional hairdresser since she was 17, latterly as manager of another Hessle Road salon, decided that it was time for her to go it alone. After months of preparation, she is now ready for business.

At a special ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday 27 September Noreen finally realised her dream.

With herself as senior stylist and Kasey Turner as trainee at the Salon, Noreen is looking to expand her team of staff over the next few months with the introduction of an additional experienced stylist and would welcome enquires from anyone who is interested in this position. 

On her new salon, Noreen comments:

“This is such an exciting day for me. For some time I have been considering starting my own business and have been looking for the right opportunity. When I saw this property advertised, I knew I had found that opportunity. I am so pleased to be here and look forward with great enthusiasm to welcoming old and new clients”.
