Dransfield Properties Supports the British Jazz Awards 2007

Continuing its substantial commitment to local communities, Dransfield Properties Limited was the main sponsor of this year’s British Jazz Awards which were held for the first time in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire.

The town’s ‘Sands Venue’ hosted the event which was widely acclaimed to be a huge success with over 120 guests.

The awards were hosted by Richard Shelton, former Emmerdale star, and Tim Lihoreau of ‘thejazz’ radio station and saw some of jazz’s top names including The BBC Big Band, David Newton and Claire Teal who scooped awards for their outstanding performances over the past year.

Dransfield Properties Limited has significantly invested in Gainsborough over the last three years including the development of Marshall’s Yard (with joint developers Prospect Estates), which opened its doors in Easter 2007.  

Specialists in urban regeneration, Dransfield Properties work together with local authorities and local communities through the development of retail led schemes in order to transform run down and low trading areas into vibrantly successful town centres.
