New Plans to Regenerate Poulton Town Centre are Unveiled to the Public

Plans which would transform Poulton Town Centre and bring more shoppers back into the heart of the town are being unveiled to the public today. (Monday)
The new plans are being brought forward by the award winning town centre retail specialists Dransfield Properties Ltd – the owners of the town’s Market Hall development.
The ambitious scheme would bring a new food store to the town and see the relocation of the current Market Hall businesses to an impressive landmark building in the town which would also house some of the town community facilities.
The plans are being unveiled to the public at an open consultation session being held in the former Allitts Estate Agents building on Blackpool Old Road from 1pm to 8pm on Monday April 16th.
Artists impressions, visuals and plans will be on display and members of the professional team will be on hand to speak to the public about the proposals. The development would bring:
· More Choice For Shoppers
· New 31,000 sq ft Town Centre Food Store
· New Link Road Improving Traffic Flow in the Town Centre
· New Landmark Community Building
· 200 new jobs
As well as bringing new jobs to the town the development will also secure dozens more with the relocation of the existing Market Hall businesses into new premises.
