First tenant moves into Selby’s new town centre apartments!

The first resident has moved into one of the eight brand new apartments which are being built at Market Cross in Selby.

The stunning new first floor apartments are being created above the retail units at Market Cross and are available for rental through Hunters (York) Estate Agency. 

The keys have now been handed over to the first unit to be completed which is a one bedroom flat above the former Boots at Market Cross – the retail unit is also currently being transformed for a new business joining the centre.

The new residential development is part of a major programme of investment at Market Cross. First floor space above the Works, Hair Innovations and the Greengrocer is also being transformed into high spec apartments.

 Estates Surveyor at Dransfield Properties, Alisdair Gillespie said: “The apartments are in a great location and look fantastic, we’re delighted to welcome our first tenant and expect a great deal of interest in the rest of the development later in the year.”
