Top team of talented locals appointed at Sandersons Boutique Store

 A team of talented, local retail experts have been appointed at Sandersons Boutique department store ahead of the grand opening on Wednesday 14th April.

The new store has created over 20 jobs for the area and the new team is headed up by Store Manager Joanne Ireland, who brings over 25 years of expertise in Customer Service and Retail Management to the new store

The team of Sales Assistants are joining Sandersons having gained retail expertise in department store settings, including at Debenhams and John Lewis, plus qualified beauty therapists for the store’s Voya and Clarins counters.

The newly appointed team have been busy undergoing training programmes for each brand and department, in order to provide the highest quality customer service through expert product knowledge, as well as merchandising all departments across the store ready to welcome their first customers next week. 

The store will officially open at 10am on Wednesday 14th April with a ribbon cutting ceremony and will launch with an exciting golden ticket giveaway where one lucky shopper will win a £500 voucher to spend in store. There will also be the chance for shoppers to win a £500 spend at Holland Cooper and an exciting giveaway from Coravin wine preservers. 

Store Manager Joanne Ireland said: “We have appointed such a fabulous team of local people who have all received expert training to ensure each customer who shops with us feels really special and receives VIP treatment every time they visit. 

“The new store is absolutely stunning, and each department is filled with unique brands, products and services - there really is no other shopping experience like it in our region!”

The new store will bring a host of exclusive and luxury brands to Stroud including Barbour, Holland Cooper, Max Mara, Tommy Hilfiger, Gran Sasso and Jacob Cohen Jeans. 

Sandersons has built up a reputation for its range luxury fragrances, many of which are sold exclusively at Sandersons, with brands including House of Oud, Atkinsons, Inito, Parfum de Marley, Robert Piquet and Montale.

Sandersons was named Best New Retailer in the 2019 Drapers Independent Awards, the store was praised for championing unique and unusual brands as well as its attractive layout and approach to customer service.
