Pieminister due to open at Five Valleys Market

 

Founded in Bristol by brothers-in-law Tristan Hogg and Jon Simon, Pieminister has been running festival and market stalls since 2003, including a stall at London’s famous Borough Market which is the inspiration for the new Five Valleys Market in Stroud.

 

The Pieminister stall will sell a delicious range of pies which are made using responsibly sourced, ethical ingredients.  As well as British beef and free-range chicken and bacon recipes, there are plenty of meat free and vegan pies to try too.  

 

Pieminister are joining a great line up of traders at the new indoor market at Five Valleys – Marrows Fruit and Veg, Brody’s Takeout, Non Solo Pasta, Thai 2 Go and Tomari-Gi are among those already open and trading.

 

The Artisan Baker is also opening at the market next month as well as a good quality local  butcher and fishmonger and The Lily Pad florist. The new market areas is part of the major redevelopment of the shopping centre. 

 

Centre Manager at Five Valleys, Dionne Moore, said: “The market area is really coming to life now and we’re getting some great feedback from our shoppers. It’s going to be a really busy few weeks ahead with more food to go stalls and artisan traders joining us.

 

“The Pieminister unit is looking fantastic, they are another fantastic company with a great range of quality products, which is exactly what we want in our Five Valleys Market.”
