Pawsome News as Penistone Dog Rescue Renews Lease.

 The West Yorkshire Dog Rescue has renewed the lease on its Penistone charity shop for another three years, showing a boost in confidence for town centre trade.

Kathy Trout, a Trustee of West Yorkshire Dog Rescue, said: “We love the community in Penistone, everyone is so generous and supportive.

“We fund our rescue operations purely from our charity shop on St Mary’s Street, so it’s really important to keep it going. Over the past year, support from Dransfield Properties and the Yorkshire Public have helped us rehome over 250 dogs.” 

The charity will continue to run its 775 sq. ft store located on St Marys Street, Penistone, near Generations Café Bar and Bistro. 

Olly Jansen, Estates Surveyor at Dransfield Properties Limited, said: “There has been a real demand for quality office space within the Yorkshire area over the last year and we’re delighted to be at 100% occupancy within Penistone One.

“It’s great to see another one of our successful office tenants choosing to renew their lease for another three years. West Yorkshire Dog Rescue does incredible work, and we wish the whole team continued success for the years to come.”

Penistone One tenants benefit from 16,580 sq. ft of high quality office space, high speed fibre optic broadband and excellent transport links.

Olly Jansen, added: “Although we’re fully occupied, we’d still urge anyone interested in renting office space to get in contact with us and be added to our waiting list.”
