North Sheffield’s Fox Valley prepares for phase two launch

30 August 2016

North Sheffield’s new £50 million Fox Valley development is preparing for the centre’s second phase of store openings this week with a host of new brands joining the line-up.

The first phase at Fox Valley was officially opened by Joanna Lumley OBE in June and this week will see M&Co, Paperchase, JoJo Maman Bebe and Yorkshire’s new independent department store Sandersons celebrating their store openings at the centre.

The popular fashion and homewares store M&Co opens its first South Yorkshire store at Fox Valley on Saturday (September 3rd). Paperchase will open at the centre on Thursday when Sanderson’s will also open with a special Golden Ticket event at 11am.

JoJo Maman Bebe, which opened earlier in the month, will celebrate the official opening of the company’s first Sheffield store from Thursday to Saturday with a visit from Eloise – the company’s vintage Citron mascot van.

A special Family Fun Day hosted by Hallam FM will take place on Saturday (September 3rd) from 10am to 3pm to mark the launch of the second phase at Fox Valley.

The new Sanderson’s store brings a host of fantastic brands to the area as well as some unique touches which are all aimed at making shopping at Sandersons a very special experience.

The beautifully designed store houses a great mix of must have brands including Ted Baker, Phase 8, White Stuff and Barbour along-side others which are new to this part of Sheffield such as In-Wear, Onjenu and Masai – the UK’s number 1 ladies’ wear brand.

They will be joined by some stunning local products from Sheffield’s own British Silverware and The Sheffield Pewter Company.

The store also houses Blakes Tea Room, an in house floristry service, nail bar and the Benefit Brow Bar. The Sandersons Beauty Ambassador – the make-up artist and presenter, Armand Beasley – will be on hand to ensure that everyone gets five star treatment in the bespoke Beauty Lounge.

Sandersons is headed by managing director Deborah Holmes who has been planning the new venture at Fox Valley for the last two years.

Deborah said: “We have put excellent customer at the centre of everything we do at Sandersons and we have a great team who are all focussed on making shopping at our store a very special experience.
“We can’t wait to open the doors on Thursday and for our customers to see the store for the first time.”

Fox Valley is owned and managed by the award winning south Yorkshire retail property developers Dransfield Properties Ltd.
