Jackie takes on new head office role at Dransfield Properties

Centre manager Jackie Helliwell has taken on a new head office role at the South Yorkshire property firm Dransfield Properties.

For the last five years Jackie, aged 30, has headed up the team at the award winning Marshall’s Yard development in Gainsborough – in 2010 she was named Young Achiever of the Year in the annual Shopping Centre Sceptre Awards.

Now she’s taken on the challenge of a brand new role as centre manager of the company’s busy shopping centres in Manchester, Selby and Stoke on Trent and will take on the day to day running of the new Fox Valley development in north Sheffield when it opens in Spring 2016.

Jackie is working alongside the Dransfield Properties management team at the firm’s head office at Penistone, near Barnsley.

Jackie said: “I am delighted to be taking on this new role at head office and bringing the experience and skills I’ve learned over my years at Marshall’s Yard to the company’s other centres.

"I’m also looking forward to playing a key role in the new Fox Valley development which opens in Spring next year. I live close to the site and it’s fantastic to have the opportunity to be a part of this new town centre scheme for the area.”

Managing Director at Dransfield Properties, Mark Dransfield, said: “Jackie has worked at Dransfield Properties for ten years and worked in different aspects of the business before working at Marshall’s Yard.

During her time at Marshall’s Yard Jackie introduced a number of new initiatives including regular events at the centre and the re-launch of the Gainsborough Farmer’s Market.

Alison Hall who has worked alongside Jackie as assistant centre manager for the last three years has taken on the centre management role.
