Dransfield Properties Sponsors Annual BCSC Dinner and Awards

Dransfield Properties Ltd, is the main sponsor of the BCSC Annual Dinner and Presentation of The Gold Awards, which will take place in London on Wednesday December 3rd.

The South Yorkshire based retail property specialist has been associated with the awards evening since 2009. Around 1,600 professionals from the retail property industry attend the prestigious event.

The annual event takes place at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London and this year is being hosted by the author and broadcaster Gyles Brandreth. The highlight of the evening is the presentation of the BCSC Gold Awards for 2014. 

The company’s own developments have in previous years been Gold Award winners. In 2007 the Marshall’s Yard development in Gainsborough won a Gold Award for best in-town scheme of 300,000 sq. ft. or less, and in December 2010 Sanderson Arcade in Morpeth was highly commended.
