New team on board at Gainsborough’s Marshall’s Yard!

Jackie Helliwell has been promoted to head up Marshall’s Yard - the successful shopping centre in Gainsborough.

Jackie, 25, has worked for the Marshall’s Yard joint developers, Barnsley based Dransfield Properties since 2005.

After a successful two years in the company’s PR department she has worked for the last 12 months at Marshall’s Yard where she has now been promoted to Centre Manager.

Jackie will be working alongside the new Assistant Centre Manager Medi Parry who is joining the company after working on the management team at The Lakeside Village in Doncaster.

“I have been involved with Marshall’s Yard since the centre was at the planning stage and have been lucky enough to watch it grow into the successful shopping centre it is today. Gainsborough is a great place to work and to shop, and I am delighted to have the opportunity to build on the success of Marshall’s Yard,” said Jackie.

Medi, 26, who is from Doncaster, said she has taken a keen interest in Marshall’s Yard since it opened its doors to shoppers in April 2007.

She added: “I am looking forward to a new challenge here at Marshall’s Yard, this is a fantastic shopping destination and we are already working on lots of ideas to ensure the centre goes from strength to strength.”

Marshall’s Yard has won a number of high profile national awards including the 2007 BCSC Gold Award for In Town Developments.
