Dransfield Back's Sheffield Children's Hospital Charity Run

Dransfield Properties is once again sponsoring the annual 10k race and Fun Run for the Children's Hospital Charity in Sheffield.

And 2009 sees a new and flatter course for the annual run which in previous years has been held at Graves Park in Sheffield.

The organisers have linked up with the City of Sheffield Althletic Club and the Rother Valley 10k and the 2009 race will take place in the beautiful setting of the Rother Valley Country Park.

The event is organised every year to raise vital funds for the Children's Hospital so please get your running shoes on and enter either the Theo's Rother Valley 10k or Dan's 3k Fun Run. The Fun Run has been named in memory of Daniel Grice a young patient at the hospital who sadly died in the summer of 2008.

The race takes place on Sunday 5th April 2009 with the 3k Fun Run starting at 11am and the 10k an hour later at 12 O Clock.
