Market Cross gear up for Halloween Spooktacular event!

The team at Market Cross are gearing up for their annual Halloween Spooktacular event which will be taking place on Wednesday 30th October from 1pm until 3pm. 

There are lots of fun activities for all the family to enjoy during the event which includes a spooky scavenger hunt around the stores at Market Cross and an interactive slime workshop. 

Halloween-themed stilt walkers will also be roaming the site during the event handing out scarily good sweets. 

There will also be free painting and a best dressed parade where all children are encouraged to transform themselves into ghostly characters, with prizes to be awarded for the best dressed.

Centre manager of Market Cross Alison Shipperbottom said: “We are looking forward to our Spooktacular event at Market Cross to celebrate the spooky season with plenty of activities for people of all ages to get involved with.

“Our Halloween event will kick off our packed diary of winter events so keep an eye out on our Facebook page for exciting announcements!”

The team at Market Cross are also busy preparing for the Christmas Lights Switch On which will take place on Friday 22nd November from 4pm until 6:30pm with shops also staying open later until 8pm.
