Seasalt announces its only Lincolnshire store at Gainsborough's Marshall's Yard
The Cornish fashion company, Seasalt, will be launching its first Lincolnshire store at the end of the month at Gainsborough’s Marshall’s Yard.
The new 2,688 sq. ft. pop-up Gainsborough sale shop will offer a wide range of women’s clothing and accessories at fantastic discounted prices.
Seasalt was founded in 1981 and has won several national awards including the 2013 Drapers Womenswear Brand of the Year Award – the Cornish brand prides itself on creating beautiful and useful women’s clothing reflecting Cornwall’s coastline and landscapes, and focussing on the very best quality and styling.
Marshall’s Yard celebrates its 10th birthday next year. Centre manager, Alison Hall, said: “We are delighted that Seasalt has chosen the Yard for the company’s first ever Lincolnshire store.
“The new store is going to look absolutely fantastic and will complement the new Clarks store which is opening on the same day next door.
“It has been a priority this year for us to get some new fashion brands at The Yard and we’re confident that Seasalt will be a welcome addition to the line-up for our shoppers.”
Mayor of Gainsborough, Cllr Kenneth Woolley, will cut the ribbon on the new store in a special ceremony which will also see the new Clarks store open on Friday 24th June.
He said: “I am delighted to welcome these new businesses opening in Marshall’s Yard and it is particularly nice to have a shop which is something new for the region and provides another great reason to visit the town – I wish the company every success.”
Seasalt co-founder, Neil Chadwick, said: “We’re looking forward to our opening at Marshall’s Yard and bringing some of the beautiful Cornish coastline to this wonderful market town.”
