Card Factory Opens New Store at Lime Square!

Card Factory are the latest company to open their doors to shoppers at Lime Square - east Manchester's newest retail destination.

The company joins a line up at the Openshaw shopping centre which also includes B&M, Poundland and Greggs as well as Bet Fred,  Brighthouse and the the charity Extra Care. Store 21 are also due to open later in the year.

The new shop which covers 936 sq ft has created  six new jobs in the area.

Card Factory opened its first store in Wakefield in 1997, now the company has nearly 600 stores across the country.  The team at Card Factory are  passionate about providing high quality cards and gifts at affordable prices. 

The first phase of Lime Square opened in November 2010 and delivered a new 80,000 sq ft Morrisons store as part of the strategic regeneration of  this part of east Manchester. Phase two has delivered new retail units with provision for a doctors surgery.

The development has the stunning steamhammer sculpture as its centrepiece.
