Pattern Store Open Day at Marshalls Yard

 The recently completed Pattern Store office units at Marshall’s Yard in Gainsborough are due to be released at an open day being held on Friday March the 26^th.

 The contemporary space offers a mixture of both office and retail uses, and is already attracting interest from high quality businesses and retailers from across the region.

Located at the rear of Marshall's Yard the Pattern Store’s office units come with a high specification and flexible terms – bringing another dimension to the award winning development.

 Marshall's Yard is home to 29 retailers including M & S Simply Foods, Next and New Look as well as a D W Health and Fitness Centre, Costa Coffee and Prezzo.  The centre also has car park with a capacity to hold 170 cars.

 The Pattern Store houses ground floor offices which an adjacent car park –  available units range from 598 sq. ft to 895 sq.ft. Elise Bridal, International Supermarket News and Kal Design have already joined the line up and now the next phase of available offices is being released.
