Brand new high-spec offices released at Sanderson Arcade!

The new office accommodation at Morpeth’s successful Sanderson Arcade development has now been completed and is ready to move into.

The £32 million mixed use town centre scheme was opened in November 2009 with 27 new retail units. Now the latest phase of offices has also been completed and developers Dransfield Properties Ltd are launching the high specification office accommodation on Wednesday February 3rd.

The new office space ranges from 300 to 11,291sq ft (28 to 1,049sq m). As well as a great retail line up including M&S, New Look, Fat Face and Waterstones, the arcade is already home to several local businesses that have relocated to the town centre scheme.

Castle Morpeth Housing, The Castle Morpeth Disability Association and Sam Allen Estates have already moved to their new premises within the arcade.

And Energie – the new women’s heath and fitness club – also opens this month after completing a £200,000 fit out of a 3,500 sq ft unit above the arcade’s New Look store.

Sanderson Arcade Centre Manager Debbie Anderson said: “It’s a very busy time at the arcade at the moment. The new health and fitness club is opening and we have already had a lot of interest in the next phase of offices we are marketing.”

Work starts later this year on the next phase of the development which is being built on the site of the Comrades Club. Developers Dransfield Properties are relocating the club to new first floor premises above the Edwardian style arcade.
