Award winning chartered accountancy firm Wright Vigar is relocating its Gainsborough branch to Marshall’s Yard, taking 1724 sq ft of office space on a ten year lease in Britannia House.

The company provides accounting services to businesses and individuals throughout Lincoln including taxation planning, risk management, litigation support and wealth creation advice.

Operating out of offices in Lincoln, Sleaford and Gainsborough, Wright Vigar has 60 employees and the move to Marshall’s Yard from their current premises in Gainsborough’s Morley Street, will allow the company to continue its growth.

Founded in 1979, Wright Vigar came 46th in both the 2006 and 2007 Sunday Times ‘100 Best Small Companies to Work For’ list, where companies are ranked according to employees’ responses to questions about life in their organisation.

80 per cent of the office space available at Marshall’s Yard has already been taken by companies around Lincolnshire.  Demand is so high that Marshall’s Yard Ltd is considering creating additional office accommodation in the phase two element of Marshall’s Yard, rather than trade counters as planned.

Lettings are being dealt with by Pygott and Crone's Lincoln office.
