27 November 2020

The teams at Sandersons Boutique at Fox Valley in Sheffield and Sanderson Arcade in Morpeth are preparing to re-open their doors for the Christmas countdown next week following the government’s relaxation of the lockdown restrictions.

Non-essential stores are permitted to re-open from Wednesday 2nd December and the Sandersons stores will be open to shoppers from 9:30am through to 6pm.

Covid secure measures will be in place at both stores including sanitiser stations and temperature checks – and after a month-long closure the teams are ready to welcome their shoppers in the run up to Christmas.

Both Sanderson Arcade and Fox Valley have been decorated and lit up for Christmas during the national November lockdown, including the stunning red bow on Fox Valley store.

The new Sandersons store in Morpeth opened on October 22nd this year and just two weeks later the national lockdown measures forced the closure of all non-essential retail.

Sandersons Fox Valley Manager Lisa Fox said: “We have been busy at both stores with click and collect and local delivery to our customers and of course with our online orders. But we are really pleased to be able to open both stores in the run in to Christmas.

“Both of our stores are looking lovely for the festive period and we are looking forward to welcoming our shoppers from Wednesday.”

Sandersons stocks a range of high end and heritage brands for women including Holland Cooper, Barbour, Pennyblack, Whistles, Levi’s and Tommy Hilfiger. The menswear department also features Barbour as well as Jacob Cohen, Gran Sasso, Tommy Hilfiger, Levi’s and Armani Exchange.

The Morpeth store is also home to one of the north’s most impressive ranges of luxury fragrances which include Initio, Atkinsons, House of Oud, Parfum de Marley and Chanel.

The stores will be open throughout December from 9:30am-6pm and 10am-4pm on Sunday. They will open for late night shopping until 8pm on the following Thursdays; December 3rd, December 10th, December 17th. On Christmas Eve the stores will close at 6pm.
