Two new, local traders join the Five Valleys Market line up

Two more local food traders have joined the line up at the new Borough Market-inspired indoor market at Five Valleys in Stroud.

 

Non Solo Pasta and Callaghin’s Kitchen are now open for business at the new market, trading Mondays-Saturdays 9am – 5pm.

 

Matteo Conte & Clara Cardillo, a young couple from the south of Rome who relocated to Cirencester, founded Non Solo Pasta in 2018.

 

The couple are passionate about serving authentic, traditional Italian food including award winning Arancini, pasta dishes, desserts and vegan options for both take away or eat in.

 

Callaghin’s Kitchen, another local family business, also joins the market this week headed up by Emma Callaghin from Cashes Green. 

 

Callaghin’s Kitchen will serve a full range of vegan-friendly smoothies, sweet Belgian waffles, fruit juices, milkshake, ice lattes and more. 

 

In the coming months the Five Valleys Market will also introduce Falafel Mama, Gateway to India, Pershore Seafood, Pieminister, The Lilypad Florist, Thai 2 Go and Xocolatl. 

 

Centre Manager of Five Valleys, Dionne Moore said: “We are really excited to welcome Non Solo Pasta and Callaghin’s Kitchen to our new indoor market, who both strengthen our growing line up of market traders here at Five Valleys.
