Yorkshire Bank Renews Lease at Market Cross

Yorkshire Bank has renewed the company’s lease at Market Cross Shopping Centre in Selby for a further ten years.
 
The high street bank has a 3,783 sq. ft. unit at Market Cross and is the latest tenant to further commit to the busy town centre retail destination with Vodafone also renewing its lease for a further five years. 
 
Market Cross is owned by the Sheffield based retail property company Dransfield Properties, the firm owns and manages high quality retail destinations across the UK including Selby’s Market Cross.
 
The team at Dransfield Properties are currently working on a project to bring new high spec first floor apartments to Market Cross and the centre is also welcoming new retailers including The Works and The Greengrocers. 
 
Hair Innovations which has been part of the Market Cross line up for more than 30 years is also relocating this month from its first-floor salon to a prime ground floor position.
 
Estates Director at Dransfield Properties, James Shepherd, said: “We are delighted that both Yorkshire Bank and Vodafone are renewing their leases at our Market Cross centre which is great news for the town.
