The award winning south Yorkshire property firm Dransfield Properties Ltd has expanded its professional team alongside the company’s growing portfolio.

Dransfield Properties is based at its Fox Valley development in north Sheffield which opened nearly two years ago and from where the firm’s £130 million property portfolio is managed.

The company has just recruited a new in-house solicitor, Jennifer McNamee, to work alongside Paula Gregory who joined the Dransfield team to head up the legal department last year.

Jennifer joins the company after working for the last eleven years for global law firm DLA Piper as a Real Estate Senior Associate in their Sheffield office.

The company has also just taken on its first in house Graphic Designer – Rob Coyle, he joins the Dransfield team after working for the last six years for MB Advertising in Sheffield. The new role is aimed at helping the firm to manage its external messaging more efficiently.

The company has also strengthened the admin team with Roberta Griffin-Pygott joining as a new legal secretary and Danielle Barron and Laura Firth also joining the admin team.

Dransfield Properties develops and manages high quality retail destinations across the UK including Fox Valley, Marshall’s Yard in Gainsborough and Sanderson Arcade in Morpeth. The company has won a number of top industry awards in recent years.

The team at Dransfield Properties manage over 630,000 sq. ft. of retail and office space with more than 160 different tenants across all the company’s centres.

The company is also currently on site with a major regeneration project bringing a new hotel and restaurant to a town centre site in Gainsborough, which neighbours the firm’s award winning Marshall’s Yard development.

A major refurbishment of the company owned Valley Medical Centre in Stocksbridge is also due to be completed this year and work starts in the autumn on a £50 million town centre scheme for Waverley in Rotherham.
