Paula joins the team at award winning South Yorkshire property firm

Solicitor Paula Gregory has joined the team at the South Yorkshire retail property company, Dransfield Properties.

Paula will be a key member of the surveying and management team at Dransfield Properties in her new role which is based at the company’s head office at Fox Valley in north Sheffield from where the firm’s £130 million property portfolio is managed.

She joins the company after working for the last seven years for Parker Rhodes Hickmotts Solicitors in Rotherham where she was Head of Property for the last five years. 

Paula  graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 2002 with a 2:1 in Law followed by a commendation in Legal Practice in 2003 from The University of Sheffield.

Dransfield Properties owns and manages high quality retail destinations across the UK including Fox Valley, Marshall’s Yard in Gainsborough and Sanderson Arcade in Morpeth. The company has won a number of top industry awards in recent years.

The team at Dransfield Properties manage over 630,000 sq. ft. of retail and office space with more than 160 different tenants across all the company’s centres.

Paula, who is from Sheffield said: “I am delighted to be taking on this new role in the management team and look forward to working with the company’s clients and tenants across the property portfolio.

“I am also looking forward to working on the company’s new projects, growing my knowledge of the commercial property and becoming a key member of the management team.”

Paula joins the team as Dransfield Properties celebrates its 25th anniversary.

As well as managing a growing property portfolio the company is also working on new projects at Waverley in Rotherham, Gainsborough town centre and East Ham in the London borough of Newham.
