St Andrew's Retail Park, Hull (Phase two)
Work has now been completed on phase two of St Andrew's Retail Park, Hessle Road, in Hull offering an additional 28,000 sq ft of new retail space.
Wilkinson is now trading from its 24,000 sq ft unit, having been joined in NOvember this year by Yeomans who now occupy the neighbouring 3,800 sq ft unit.
This latest development sits adjacent to phase one of the retail park which transformed a run down row of Victorian shops into a thriving retail centre and won the RICS Award for Regeneration in 2004.
Peacocks, Brantano, Greggs, Poundstretcher, Home Bargains, Select, Grattans and Jack Fulton currently occupy the units in phase one, which was sold in 2004.
