APPOINTMENT OF DEVELOPMENT TEAM – PENISTONE, SOUTH YORKSHIRE

Dransfield Properties Ltd is inviting tenders for the delivery of a commercial development on St Mary’s Street, Penistone.

The company is working with the European Union to deliver the project with funding being sought through the European Regional Development Fund, as part of the support for the region's economic development through the Yorkshire and Humber ERDF Programme 2007-13.

We are inviting tenders for the following: architect, employers agent, structural engineer, drainage engineer, solicitors, letting agents

Successful parties will need to pass the required standards through the open procurement process.
