We are committed to working in partnership with local stakeholders to ensure the final approved scheme has buy in from the local community and a development which has ownership and an end result which everybody can be proud of.
Over recent years, our work has concentrated on market towns which have suffered from the collapse of traditional industries and a subsequent lack of private investment.
Our current projects include town centre redevelopment projects in Morpeth, Selby, Gainsborough and Openshaw in Manchester which will revitalise the towns, create hundreds of jobs and recpature trade, bringing millions of pounds back to local economies.
